Who We Support

Nutrition support built around your everyday life.

Nourish Ability Dietetics provides nutrition support for NDIS participants under self-managed and plan-managed arrangements. We work collaboratively with individuals, families, and support networks to build practical, achievable nutrition goals — grounded in what's realistic for everyday life, not generic advice.

How We Work

Three ways to meet, one steady approach.

Support is available in the format that works best for you and your household — with the same care, continuity, and dedicated Accredited Practising Dietitian across every session.

Telehealth

Video consultations available Australia-wide — a comfortable, low-friction option for you or the family member you support.

In person at Mickleham

By appointment at Mickleham South Community Centre — a quiet, accessible space in Melbourne's north.

Home visits

Available for eligible NDIS participants where a home-based session best supports the nutrition goals in your plan.

Focus Areas

Where our support is most helpful.

Nazreen works with a focused set of nutrition areas so every participant receives considered, evidence-based care — not generic advice.

Feeding difficulties & sensory-related eating challenges

Practical, patient support for selective eating, sensory sensitivities and mealtime distress — built around what already works in your household.

Autism-informed nutrition care

Respectful, neurodiversity-affirming support that honours how you and your family experience food, routine, and sensory environments.

Paediatric nutrition

Growth, feeding development and everyday family meals — support that meets children where they are, and works alongside parents and carers.

General community nutrition for adults

Everyday nutrition support for adult participants — chronic conditions, weight, energy, and food practicalities of living independently.

Nutrition goals are set with you — not for you. We take the time to understand your routines, preferences and priorities, and build a plan that fits.

Funding

Clear and straightforward from the start.

Nourish Ability Dietetics is not a registered NDIS provider. We work with self-managed and plan-managed participants only. If your plan is agency-managed, your plan manager or support coordinator can help confirm your options.

  • We invoice your plan manager directly, so there's no paperwork or claiming for you to manage
  • Fees are charged in line with current NDIS Pricing Arrangements
  • No long waitlist — most new participants are seen within one to two weeks
