About Nazreen
Good nutrition care begins with understanding how aged care really works.
One dedicated Accredited Practising Dietitian — calm, practical, and genuinely invested in the residents and teams she partners with.

Philosophy of care
Nourish Ability Dietetics was founded on a simple belief: the best outcomes come from practical solutions and partnerships that work in the real world — not generic recommendations applied from the outside.
As an Accredited Practising Dietitian, Nazreen Nakeeb partners with Residential Aged Care providers to strengthen nutrition governance, improve menu quality, and support meaningful improvements in resident care. Before recommending anything, she takes the time to understand an organisation's people, systems and priorities — so solutions can actually be implemented, not just written down.
You'll work with the same dietitian throughout, not a rotating roster. Whether reviewing menus, supporting quality improvement, or working alongside clinical and executive teams, the focus stays the same: sustainable nutrition systems that support residents and staff alike.
Nourish Ability Dietetics exists to be more than an external consultant. It exists to become a trusted partner.
